The SF Bay Real Estate Networking Summit is an (almost) annual real estate conference, bringing together well-known real estate speakers with hundreds of real estate investors around the country to learn, network, and grow their real estate businesses.
The Founder and Host of the Summit is J Martin, who is active in the San Francisco Bay Area real estate networking community and on a popular real estate networking website, www.biggerpockets.com . (kinda like Facebook for real estate investing.)
Many real estate websites and conferences are primarily places for speakers and high-profile people to sell their seminars, books, and coaching for a lot of money. But BiggerPockets.com changed that by shunning pitching, and focusing on sharing and networking with others. While the event is not associated with BiggerPockets.com, the event focuses on the same philosophy of networking and sharing - without the sales and pitching.

Q: If I have a 1-day ticket, can I come either day? Do I need to tell you?
A: A 1-day ticket is good for either day and you do NOT need to tell us which day you are coming
Q: I bought multiple tickets. How do I provide you with the email addresses for other attendees coming with me?
A: Email organizer@sfbaysummit2019.com with the subject "Add attendee email" and provide the other attendees' first & last name, and email address. We'll add them to the list.
Q: I bought a ticket, but can't make it to the event. What should I do?
A: Like nearly all live events, we plan and spend for the tickets we sell and have a policy of no cash refunds. BUT we don't want you to lose out on the value of the education. Feel free to give the ticket to a friend or fellow investor to get you back the key points, OR we will allow you to use your ticket for next year's event. Just email us at organizer@sfbaysummit2019.com to let us know you'll be using it next year instead.
