Sew Rope Baskets Online Workshop

Join us to make custom rope baskets. You'll receive a class kit with supplies for 2 rope bowls in the color of your choice. Everyone can use these & they make excellent gift baskets! It’s a relaxing and creative activity to boot!

You will need a functioning sewing machine with a zig zag stitch to participate. As long as you can turn on and thread your machine, you have enough sewing experience to join in!

Class Includes:

• Live, online instruction and tester material for practice
• Cotton rope for 2 medium baskets in a color of your choice. Choose from Orange, Purple, Red, Seaglass, Indigo or Natural. Each kit contains Natural rope for a 6-yard bowl, color blocked rope for a 10-yard bowl, and matching thread. Choose all natural rope for both bowls and you will get gray thread and colored variegated thread.  
• Free supply delivery within Portland, OR; scheduled pick up or purchased shipping outside Portland

This is a Craft for a Cause event: 10% of class fees and add-on purchases will be donated to Raphael House, an organization helping domestic violence survivors and families.
