Service Design x ORG is a hands-on three-day workshop designed to introduce principles, processes and forms of intervention to do Service Design within organizations.
Service Design is able to measurably improve the value of organizations and their services, helping to generate memorable customer and service experiences. Introducing design into work environment implies changes that will present constraints and obstacles.
This course draws on industry and academic experience with private clients and public institutions teaching a practical and scalable framework and mindset that allow to designing better services & organizations. The basic methods of Service Design will be introduced, rather than in isolation, as an adaptable and scalable allowing to shape work methods and contextualize them into your physical and digital spaces.
