September 2022 Meeting

 

Title: "USACE Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) and Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESC) Programs - Third party financing Workshop Review"

Presented by: Patty Mooneyham, Program Manager, Energy Division-UESC/PPA USACE HNC

Synopsis: 

Last week, the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center hosted a third party financing workshop.  The Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) Program and Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESC) Program met with the energy and utility industries and other government agencies to collaborate and discuss the Army Climate Strategy, the Installation Energy And Water Strategic Plan, ESPC and UESC policy, cybersecurity, measurement and verification among other topics.  This presentation will provide an overview and highlight some of the discussions from last week’s workshop.
