Zilvinas and Daina have been happily married for more than 20 years. They have two children. In the beginning of their family life, Elvikiai was searching for business opportunities that could lead them to prosperity and an interesting life. In 2001, when they lived in Germany, they first learned about the Amway business. Their sponsors showed them the business plan. After ten meetings, they signed an agreement, and only six months later, Zilvinas and Daina started their own business. 1. Why did you start your business? We were looking for a business that would give us financial freedom. 2. What has been your greatest reward from this business? Freedom and recognition. 3. How has your lifestyle changed from the time you were starting out to now? One of our dreams was to be able to travel the world (and we’ve already seen a lot). Traveling allows us to start and build our business in other countries. 4. Who succeeds or can succeed at this type of business? In this business, anyone who has a big enough dream, is willing to learn new skills, and be persistent, can succeed. 5. What does freedom mean to you? We get this question frequently at the plan presentations. Our response is, “Imagine having seven Sundays in the week.” You have the freedom to spend that day as you plan it yourself. Freedom is when you make decisions.
