  • Understand how to use the FHA Insured Reverse Mortgage (HECM) to purchase a home;
  • Understand the qualifications of a borrower to utilize the HECM for purchase;
  • Understand what properties are eligible for this program;
  • Understand the details of this program and how to explain it to potential Senior Homebuyers;
  • Understand the advantages of using a Reverse Mortgage to buy a home
