Participants will engage in teacm building to establish a foundation of trust and collaboration necessary for successful co-teaching partnerships, participate in strategic planning time for the upcoming school year, and have dedicated time to establish how continuous improvement and reflective practice will occur. Through guided discussions and reflective exercises, participants will explore effective strategies for data analysis, student progress monitoring, and adapting instruction to ensure access and meaningful learning outcomes for all students.
