This training offers participants a time for exploration of the 6 models of co-teaching as well as providing ample opportunities for hands on application and development. Participants will engage in teacm building to establish a foundation of trust and collaboration necessary for successful co-teaching partnerships, participate in strategic planning time for the upcoming school year, and have dedicated time to establish how continuous improvement and reflective practice will occur. Through guided discussions and reflective exercises, participants will explore effective strategies for data analysis, student progress monitoring, and adapting instruction to ensure access and meaningful learning outcomes for all students.

By the end of this training, the participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the 6 models of co-teaching as well as the confidence and proficiency to implement them collaboratively within the classroom. Equipped with a shared vision, strategic plans, and strong team cohesion, educators will be prepared for the challenges of the upcoming school year and create inclusive learning environments that foster student success and growth.
