Use custom or pre-made stencils and ink to design your own textiles with desiger and author, Jennifer Cooke! Screen printing is a versatile and fun art form that will leave you positively spinning with the possibilities. In this workshop you'll learn how to create a stencil and use a screen to apply 1-2 colors of ink to selected textiles. Each participant will leave with 1-2 completed textiles, which may include: fabric quarters, tote bags, tea towels, cloth napkins, drawstring pouches, pillowcases, or scarves.   

 

Class Includes:

  • Materials to create 1 stencil, or a selection of pre-made stencils for use
  • Test fabric swatch
  • 1-2 textiles to print
  • Selection of color inks
  • Snacks and N/A drinks; Over 21: BYO wine, beer, cider
