This is the foundational course for the Scoop School student, both those getting into the business and industry veterans. Covering the gamut of frozen dessert operations and growth, this course is 50% business theory and 50% hands-on in our state-of-the-art scoop school lab. These courses are conducted live in our facility and live-streamed.
The cost of this course is $1100.00 for the 3-day event and all learning materials and course information is provided for you. The cost for this course in its Live Stream version is $795.00
