Pot Luck Party in the Park!

Saturday, May 2, 2020 3-6pm

McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park on Scottsdale Road at Indian Bend Road

Hosted by Joan & David Sacks and Judy & Ron Myers

We have reserved the Stillman Ramada at the park, seating 100 people / 10 tables.   There is no limit to the number of members for this event.  No guests.  There will be no charge for our members.

We will post some signs in the park with the location of the Stillman Ramada and give more instructions on a final email sent out before the event.

Members will be asked to bring a dish of food that serves 8-10. 

If their last name begins with:

A-G bring an appetizer

H-R to bring an entrée (Sub sandwiches are fine)

 S-Z to bring a dessert

Our members are welcome to bring beer & outdoor chairs. The Ramada has electric outlets, nothing can be plugged in that requires more electricity than a crock pot. There are 2 small grills, charcoal is not provided.

Our hosts will provide canned or bottled soda, water bottles, ice in coolers, plastic table cloths, center pieces for the picnic tables, plates, cups, silverware, napkins, balloons & some quiet music ( must be quiet in the park). 

NO HARD LIQUOR OR GLASS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

This is going to be another wonderful SCC fun afternoon!
