SCC Overnight Trip – November 3-4, 2018 “Cowboys and Copper”
Hosted by John & Linda McClelland, Bill Ng and Marie Camacho
Join us on Saturday, November 3, for a caravan down the back roads, stopping for lunch at the Oracle Patio Café. Then it’s off to the old mining town of Bisbee dating back to the late 1800’s, staying at one of its Historic Hotels, followed by dinner and a gathering.
On Sunday, gear up and explore the old Queen Copper Mine, riding the mining train into the mine where you will learn how miners worked back in the day and be amazed at the geological formations. Finally we have a Farewell Lunch at the famous Bisbee Breakfast Club. Continue to explore, returning at your leisure.
