Our Sangha Practice Day will be held at Jane's house in Mayfield and led by our Order Team

It is open to all our regulars ie anyone who has recently attended one of our Wednesday night Sangha evenings.

Time: Arrive at 10:00 for a 10:30 start. We will finish about 16:30

Cushions: Bring with you your own meditation mats and cushions.

Food: Please bring vegan / vegetarian lunch to share. Drinks will be provided.

Parking: You can park on the lane outside the house. The best option is to pull on to the short stretch of pavement in front of our holly hedge. Please avoid parking in front of our down hill neighbour - the lane is narrower there and their grass verge more fragile.
