If you have decided to pursue an exciting new real estate career, you must have a real estate license. To qualify for a Salesperson real estate license in Georgia, you must:
- * Be at least 18 years old.
- * Be a resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license.
- * Pass a state real estate examination.
- * Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency
- * Obtain a criminal history report from the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation).
- * Complete a 75 hour Salesperson Pre-license course, attending all the sessions.
- * Pass the final class exam with a grade of 75 or greater.
- * Pass the State Exam with a grade of 75 or greater.

Dates:
Weekdays Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30-10 pm (5 GREC hours per session with a 15 min break)
March 12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 28, April 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 11 (final 6-10 pm) – 69 hours
March 23 9-3 pm (2-15 min breaks for a total of 6 GREC hours) -- 6 hours
All classes, including our one Saturday class, must be completed to gain the 75 hours.
