Engage Sport North is proud to offer this interactive 8 hours Run Jump Throw Wheel Course to the community of Prince George and anyone who would like to participate.

This $85 Course will be added to your NCCP Locker once it is completed and it comes with 4 manuals.

It is a great tool to understand and coach appropriately the ABC's of the FUNdamentals movements of Running, Jumping and Throwing.

Athletes, coaches, parents and youth aged 16 years old and plus are more than welcome to join this Course.
