We can’t wait to reunite with the RTAG nation again! This is our 1st event of 2019 and boasts over 10,000 square feet of event space hosted right outside the gates of the historic 101st Airborne division. The RTAG Convention will be a 2 day top tier event featuring breakout sessions which will cover a host of topics designed to give the military veteran a smooth transition. The RTAG Convention is the only event that offers access to both pilot recruitment teams and maintenance recruiters in a single place.

Rotary to Airline Group is the largest rotary transition association in the world. It is the only organization that connects military service pilots, maintenance technicians, and other highly qualified veterans with the airline industry.
Jason DuVernay has been flying for GoJet Airlines since January 2017 when he was hired as a Direct-Entry Captain. In addition to his role as an Executive Pilot Recruiter he serves as the Interim Assistant Chief Pilot, a mentor within the GoJet Wingman cadet program and is proud to be a Committee Chair on the UND Aerospace Alumni Advisory Board.
evin oversees recruitment and training, as well as the Flight Operations Center at PlaneSense. Prior to joining PlaneSense Kevin served in the Air Force for 24 years, retiring as a Colonel. His leadership experience as a Flying Wing Commander and C-17 pilot is ideal for managing the complexities of flight operations for PlaneSense. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, and two Master’s degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the National War College.
Tom Pentecost is the Chief Pilot and Operations Officer for Enterprise Aviation Services-Del Sol Albuquerque-New Mexico Training Center. He is a retired USA LTC Rotor/Fixed Wing Pilot. He has commanded fixed wing and aviation support units as well as directed airborne intelligence operations at various locations around the world. His experience includes International Student and High Performance Turbo Prop Training at the US Aviation Academy in Denton Texas.
Phillip is a Captain and check airman on the A-300 at FedEx Express. He has been active with the pilot union’s Military Affairs Committee for more than a decade and now serves as Chair of the ALPA National Veterans Affairs Committee. In addition, Phil served as the Commanding Officer of VR-54 and SPAWAR Unit 1010 after having served a distinguished active-duty career in the U.S. Navy that included two six-month deployments with the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) and the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).
Kandy is a First Officer on the B777 at FedEx. She holds type ratings for the B737, B757, B767, MD11, and SA227. She is the Chair of the ALPA National Membership Committee, and also the Chair and Founder of the FedEx ALPA MEC Pilot Assistance Team Hotline. Kandy has been a professional airline pilot since 1998.
Joshua Lee is the Vice President of Rotary to Airline Group, and is a First Officer at Piedmont Airlines
Kit Darby was the president of Aviation Information Resources (AIR, Inc.) from 1989 to 2009. He was a B737-300/800 and B717 Simulator and Ground Instructor for Boeing in Atlanta, GA from 2007-2014, and is currently an ATP-CTP instructor for Delta Global Services and ATP Flight School. A retired B767 captain with United Airlines.
