All vendors and exhibitors will have their own 6-foot table on-site and in-person at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town and on Saturday, Nov 2nd. Information will also be available at the hotel to direct all hotel guests to your vendor/exhibitor space! Important Note: Exhibitor booths are for sharing information about your entity or program. You may not sell in Exhibitor booths. If you have a product you'd like to sell at the Conference, we recommend purchasing a Vendor booth. Purchasing a Vendor or Exhibitor booth DOES NOT include registration to the Conference.

The full-color souvenir information booklet gets in the hands of every person walking in the door to RRAW. It’s full of information and space for autographs. ~5" x 8" resolution print quality files will be accepted (Format: Your file needs to be in PDF format – without password protection). Resolution should be no less than 300 dpi. We will need your PRINT READY ad by September 13, 2024. Once purchased please submit artwork to info@rrawexperience.com

These pop-up retractable banners will be located in the front of the hotel making it a highly visible location populated by conversation attendees and the public passing through the hotel. Double-sided and retractable, and yours at the end of the convention! This fee includes Printing, Hotel Branding Fee, Install, and Removal.
