Dean who is the Chairman/CEO of the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America where he has served as leader for the past 20 years. General Dean would like to hear directly from local Greater Cincinnati coalitions about the strategies you are implementing, the community changes you are making, and the ways CADCA can provide more assistance with your coalition development.
