Cancellation policy

We kindly request those who are experiencing symptoms of illness or have had recent exposure to refrain from attending.  The Rochester ISSA Chapter cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to COVID-19.

A full refund will be available to ticket holders who cancel due to illness, even if it is the day of the event.Please contact us at registrar@rochestersecurity.org to request a ticket cancellation.
