MissionFiT is a fitness and wellness ministry that exists to get followers of Christ Faithful in Training so they can be FiT for the mission the Lord has laid before them. These days, stress and health too often gets in the way of our ability to fulfill and thrive in our calling. We aspire to be the most effective organization at training God’s followers to be good and faithful stewards of their temple. MissionFiT is an IRS approved non-profit 501c3 organization.
101 Course - ReStart Your Heart
Focus: Educate, Encourage, Equip in 5 areas of health
12 weeks, twice a week + homework
Novant partnered health screening, Bible study, Personal health coaching, 1 day educational workshop, Stress management coaching, 20 Fitness & Wellness classes, and a Faithful in Training bag full of goodies to equip them on their journey. Learn and begin to establish healthy habits over the course.

Kick Off Workshop Day 8am-3pm, September 7th In Matthews, NC
First week of Classes, September 9th
The journey doesn’t stop here!
Once our athletes graduate from ReStart, they move into our 201 course, The LeaderFiT Challenge, which focuses on changing culture through challenge. And finally, our 301 experience that’s everlasting, fostering accountability, community and continual support. Each experience is filled with Jesus infused fun and events along the journey.
Cost and Convenience are important to us!
We seek to make the best times work for that specific community and we have several time options available for individuals joining our training center location classes (morning, afternoon and evening).
Our Course Costs:
Full time ministry - $100 ReStart experience (12 weeks, twice a week)
Part time ministry - $200 ReStart experience (12 weeks, twice a week)
Christ follower - $300 ReStart experience (12 weeks, twice a week)
