This course uses a step-by-step approach to understand the distribution of assets and debts, retirement funds, bankruptcy, spousal support, tax issues, and related forms and agreements. Instructors include well-known attorneys and mediators, and a certified financial planner.
Pre-requisite: Family Mediation Skills or 20-hour basic family mediation training

NVMS Conflict Resolution Center is a community dispute resolution center in Fairfax, Virginia affiliated with the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University and a member of the Virginia Association for Community Conflict Resolution.
