As counselors, we spend a lot of time caring for others. My desire is to create a safe space for counselors to have an opportunity to be refreshed as they focus on personal and professional development in a collaborative and supportive environment. Join me and a group of other counseling professionals for free coffee, pastries, and conversations as we take time to invest in professional development and rhythms of soul care.  My hope is that individuals will leave feeling refreshed and renewed as they continue their work of walking alongside others.  Space is limited, so registration for the event is requested.

My name is Sharon Hicks. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Kintsukuroi Counseling. I am passionate about faith, family, and relationships. My desire is to help individuals engage in deeper and more meaningful ways with the things that matter most to them. My hope is that every individual feels seen and heard as they explore their own unique story and passions. When I am not in the office seeing clients, facilitating a workshop or running a retreat, I enjoy playing Bach on the piano, sipping coffee with friends and getting new stamps in my passport as I travel with my husband and four children around the globe exploring this beautiful world. Having lived in south east Asia as a family for a season we were given the gift of becoming global citizens which has given me a bigger view of the world and informs my perspective on life.
