Mind Body Studies, based on the innovative work of Dr. Feldenkrais, stimulates brain-body connections through movement.

This method has been applied effectively for over 80 years by professional, for the relief of chronic pain, recovery from injuries, as well as to promote wellbeing and athletic excellence. 

 

Leora Gaster is the program director of MBS Academy, which she co-founded to develop and teach practical applications for discoveries in neuro-physical research.  She has been training Mind Body Studies practitioners internationally for over 40 years and has designed programs specifically for physical therapists, fitness centers, schools, and medical professionals.  As a Stanford graduate, Leora continues to develop and research brain-body applications.
