Refocussing Workshop with Jan Dowling

It is our pleasure to invite you to join us on Saturday April 16 in the Theatre Room at DaySpring from 9:00am - 12:30pm for a very practical Refocussing workshop.

As a follow-up to our Refocussing Seminar with Di Divett, we are planning a workshop to help people continue to run with what they learnt. This workshop will be facilitated by Jan Dowling an accredited Refocussing Trainer. Jan will briefly review Refocussing and GodSpaces and then introduce and develop the concept of 'Clean Language'.

A critical aspect of Refocussing is knowing the questions to ask that help locate, access and develop a GodSpace. Di briefly introduced us to clean language, a type of questioning that enables us to take people deeper into their experience of God without imposing our own interpretation or experience. This tool allows people to feel heard and respected and it makes the whole process very safe. It is essential that we learn to use this tool well if we are going to be effective in using Refocussing and GodSpaces to help people connect with God. That is why we have invited Jan to run a workshop on this important component.
