This is a healing event specifically for individuals who identify as Masculine of Center Women, Trans Masc, and Gender Non Conforming.
If I identify as a cis man or femme, can I attend to support a friend?
Although we know how important it is to have support and community, we ask that you do not attend. We will be discussing sensitive subjects and want to make sure that everyone in the space feels comfortable sharing, being open, and vulnerable. Please understand that having cis men or femme identifying individuals in the space may hinder that for some. As Redefining Soft grows, it is is our goal to expand the event to offer a time slot and/or day dedicated to healing with femme identifying folks involved in the conversation.
Currently, the only femme identifying individuals associated with the event are members of the Redefining Soft core team and are there in a healing/service capacity. Robin, the creator of Redefining Soft, and event organizer is also the Therapeutic Writing Facilitator. Ryan, the event healer, leads Reiki, meditation, affirmations, and smudging/clearing to assist those who may be triggered throughout the event.
