The San Francisco Employer Advisory Council (SF EAC), in partnership with the Employment Development Department (EDD), would like to invite you to our upcoming Seminar (In Person) workshop. Take advantage of attending our monthly seminars/webinars, to learn more about California employment law, employee management, and more.

We will have Mark L. Stolzenburg a partner with the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP speak at our next SF EAC seminar on the topic Recent Developments at the NLRB: What Unionized and Non-Union Employers Need to Know.”

This will be an educational session for employers and HR professionals. There have been a number of consequential recent developments at the NLRB for both unionized and non-union employers. HR professionals need to be aware of these important changes. They have a significant impact on many facets of the employment relationship, ranging from the policies that employers are permitted to maintain to the way that unions begin to represent employees. There are also a number of anticipated changes for which employers should be planning.

Presenter Bio:

Mark L. Stolzenburg is a partner with the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP. He focuses on labor/management relations and matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. He represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, where he formerly served as a field attorney. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements and represents employers in labor arbitrations. He also advises employers on day-to-day issues regarding collective bargaining relationships, such as strikes, grievances, and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.
