What is "REAL TALK?" This is an opportunity to have a conversation with other women about the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic, known as COVID-19. We will discuss what we've been experiencing throughout the pandemic and how we can work together to overcome stress, loneliness, loss, and keep our faith in the process. In this 1.5-hour workshop, you will learn more about:

  • What stigma is and why it prevents us from seeking help when we need it most
  • Making meaningful connections with others and leaning on our support system in challenging times
  • Self-care and its role in sustaining a healthy and fulfilling life
  • Setting goals and sticking with them
  • Keeping our faith when we're struggling
  • Resources for adding more tools to your toolkit

Please join us as we dive into these topics and more in "REAL TALK."
