Barnette Seminars is joining forces with Jason Kogok from Investors Wealth Education to bring you a deeper understanding about building wealth through real estate investment. The course is approved by NCREC as an elective.
From Jason:
“The course is set to have agents feel comfortable designing a custom real estate portfolio for scalable residential investment customers. Agents will learn to analyze assets in order to advise on varying factors that affect property returns. Examples from the local North Carolina market will be discussed to appraise students calculations, estimates and return percentages through in-class evaluation.”
The course (CE Elective) will be reported to NCREC by Investors Wealth Education LLC, Education Provider.
