Mandatory Scale Requirements

-A tow strap is mandatory and will be used during the stage.

-10 scale items are mandatory. A scale item can be a driver, bumpers, a pet, a spare tire, gauges, lights, bumper sticker, etc.

Not Mandatory, But Highly Recommended Requirements

-A scale item from another hobby, job, or interest that you have is not mandatory, but highly recommended and will enter you in the “It’s a Lifestyle” raffle.

-           scale bag of money or scale money is not mandatory, but highly recommended.

-A scale robbery accessory or scale police accessory is mandatory.

-           Driving is robber or cop attire is not mandatory, but highly recommended.

RECON G6 Classes

The RECON G6 takes great pride in offering a multitude of classes for all ages to have fun driving in. The driver of each class that records their adventure in their driver log book, have a chance to earn a “Driver of the Day” award for that class, but remember the RECON G6 is not a competition; It’s an adventure. It is so much of an adventure, that “Finishing a RECON G6, is Winning a RECON G6”.

RECON Rascals Kid Classes - For 1.9 or 2.2 wheel/tire sizes. RECON Rascals will always be awarded a Driver of the Day award. This is no driver minimum to make a class.

• “Mini Me”  - Scale Adverture driver 3 to 6 years of age.

• “We Cool” - Scale Adventure driver 7 to 10 years of age.

• “Big Dog” - Scale adventure driver 11 to 15 years of age.

RECON G6 Adult Classes - For Drivers ages 16 thru 39 years of age. Classes are divided into wheel/tire size.

• 1.9 Scale Adventurer - The class for all 1.9 wheel/tire size scale adventure rigs.

• 2.2 Scale Adventurer - The class for all 2.2 wheel/tire size scale adventure rigs.

• Drivin’ Diva Adventurer - The class for women drivers of all ages.

• If there are 5 or more pre-registered drivers of the same wheel/tire size, Driver of the Day awards will be awarded in each class. If there are less than 5, the class will be combined wheel/tire size.

• Veteran Adventurer - Scale Adventure drivers 40 to 55 years of age.

• Senior Adventurer - Scale Adventure drivers 55 & over.

• R.A.D. Class - Handicapable Scale Adventure drivers that use a wheelchair.

Builders Classes

• Trail Finder - A Class for leaf sprung scale adventure rigs. At least one axle must have leaf springs.

• Truck Trials - A Class for multi-axle scale adventure trucks.

• ST Class - Small tire class. Tires must be smaller than 4.25in or 107mm.

• GCM Tiny Truck - Truck must have full interior, driver, tires 4.25in or smaller, must be presented in the GCM Show-n-Shine & finish all mandatory day stages of the RECON G6 event.

TerraCross Race Classes

• 1.9 Adventure - open to all 1.9 wheel/tire scale adventure rig.

• 2.2 Adventure - open to all 2.2 wheel/tire scale adventure rig.

• 1.9 Rock Racer - open to all 1.9 wheel/tire rock racer.

• 2.2 Rock Racer - open to all 2.2 wheel/tire rock racer.

• Trophy Truck - open to all rc trophy trucks. 2wd or 4wd.

• Monster Truck - If you like them BIG! All monster jam style trucks race here.

• Let’em Eat - This is for big horsepower & 3.8 size wheel/tire rc rigs.

Ambush Alley presented by Pro-Line Racing

• Pro-LIne 1/25 Ambush

• RC4WD 1/18th Gelande

Monster Mayhem

• This class is for large scale adventure rigs.

Scale Trials Championships

• ST Class - ST Class -  Tire size not to exceed 4.25in / 107mm and must be a licensed scale tire  or scale replica tire. Tire &/or Tread can not be modified. Wheel size may be 1.55, 1.7, or 1.9.  All vehicles are required to have a driver and 3D interior, plus all the required scale items. Tires must be covered a minimum of 50% by the body/fender flares. Must have a scale cowbell attached under the rear bumper.

• Open Class - Tires must be a scale licensed or Tire size not to exceed 4.75in / 120mm. Tires must be a licensed tire or scale replica tire. Tire &/or Tread can not be modified. Wheel size not to exceed 1.9 inches.  All vehicles are required to have a driver. Interiors can be 2D or 3D, plus all the required scale items. Tires may stick out past the body/fender flares. Must have a scale cowbell attached under the rear bumper.

• Extreme Class - Tire size not to exceed 4.75in or 120mm. Wheel size not to exceed 1.9. Tires may be licensed or a scale replica of a full size tire. No comp tires or cut-n-shut tires. Siping and/or removing lugs is approved. Vehicles must have a driver and cockpit. The only required scale items for this class are a fire extinguisher and cow bell.

• Buggy Class - Tire size not to exceed 4.75in or 120mm. Wheel size not to exceed 1.9. Tires may be licensed or a scale replica of a full size tire. No comp tires or cut-n-shut tires. Vehicles must be a full tube chassis or tubed off of frame rails. Vehicles must have a driver and cockpit. The only required scale items for this class are a fire extinguisher and cow bell.

            8:00-10:00pm - G6 Night Stage.

Saturday - 8:00am Driver Check In / Registration Opens.

                9:am - GCM Racing Show-n-Shine

                10:am - Drivers Meeting / National Anthem / G6 Day Stages Open / Pro-Line Ambush Alley Open / Monster Truck Stage Open
