PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES AND COMMUNITY PHARMACY: A PERFECT MATCH?

This is your opportunity to learn more about the public health services that community pharmacy can offer in Hertfordshire, to understand the admin required and to network with other pharmacies to learn about different ways in which to engage with patients for their benefit.

Hear from the Director of Public Health in Hertfordshire about why delivering public health services is so important.

There will be five networking spaces focused on the following areas:

•          Drugs and Alcohol
•          Sexual Health
•          Flu Vaccinations
•          Tobacco Control
•          Healthy Living Pharmacy

During this session you will have the opportunity to visit four of the five public health spaces to explore how the services are currently being delivered; share your barriers and identify solutions: hear from your peers who are successfully and actively delivering the service.

This is also your opportunity to network with your LPC members that act on your behalf and to hear from them about what they achieved in 2015-16.
