This professional development opportunity will allow teachers to collaborate with colleagues to create student mastery checklists that are aligned to standards and learning targets. Teachers will discuss ways to use these with students as a means of setting academic goals and monitoring progress in hopes of cultivating their metacognitive skills and pushing them to take ownership of their learning. *Bonus: Could include Peer Observations
