This course will teach learners how to proofread and write English. It is also designed to help professionals in their fields or professions. When correcting text , even the most basic texts must be considered. Both the proofreader as well as the writer need to have a solid grasp of these fundamentals in order to succeed.
Pay attention to the various types of language they might encounter
No matter where they end, the many areas that a writer can find themselves in can be very different. The terms and jargon that are used in business will be very different from those used in advertising, medical, and legal worlds. There are also differences among businesses. Words and phrases that have a particular meaning in a business focused on food and catering may be very different from those used in a business focused on textile production. Our guidance will ensure that the proofreader and writer are well-aware of these subtle differences even before they complete our program. This will allow them to understand what their employer means in each text they process, regardless of their current position.
