Define project and project management

Projects are different from other roles at Work. Participants are asked to define what a job is and how to recognize the phases in project management.

Recognize the benefits of different tasks

Participants will be able to identify the different benefits of the projects that they use in their organization. These areas can be identified.

Identify the stages in a project's lifecycle

Learn more about the stages in the project lifecycle. These actions can be divided into four phases. Learn more about these four stages.

Present Ideas and Sell Your Ideas

You can improve your ability to present ideas and make professional presentations. Participants will be able to acquire additional skills in order to market and present their ideas better.

Prioritize projects

You will be in the best position to succeed if you prioritize your tasks and projects. Our trainers can provide information about prioritising projects.

Learn about the Project, including their Aims and Vision Statements.

Learn more about setting goals and vision statements to help you design your project.

Use a goal chart and other planning tools

Participants will learn more about using a diagram to aid in project management. Participants can also choose from a variety of planning tools to assist them in their project management.

Fill out a Statement of Work

Participants will be shown how to complete a Statement of Work. The Statement of Work, which is an official document of project management, establishes expectations and arranges for the project.
