The Photographer Studio, 17304, Edmonton, AB, T5S 1N1, Canada.

You're an amazing photographer but you struggle with creating a price list that generates a profit and that you are comfortable with. Does this sound like you?

You look to your competition’s rates as a starting point to create your own. Then tax time rolls around and you are disappointed with how small your profit is. You keep telling yourself you need more clients but you can’t seem to get them in the door. Still sound like you? Let me help you transform your business!

In this evening class, I will give you the tools to determine the pricing that works for YOUR business. In order to make money as a photographer, you have to know how to price, package, and sell your work. You’ll have the confidence to stand behind it and the tools to implement it. Let’s give you the freedom to spend more time with your family. More financial freedom. Less stress when the bills are due at the end of each month. The freedom to turn a profit from your photography passion.

This course is right for you if:

Your pricing is “borrowed” from a photographer you admire.
You are looking at taking photography from a hobby to a business.
The whole pricing struggle makes you super uncomfortable and it feels easier to stick your head in a nice, large bucket of sand.
You want to spend more time with family without your business suffering.

Curriculum:

1.     Introductions

2.     Doing the Math – use simple equations to determine YOUR numbers

3.     Sales Techniques – there is a lot of talk in the industry about what to sell and how to sell it. We’ll discuss options and how to make your chosen option work with your pricing structure.

4.     Target Markets – How to find the right clients with your new pricing structure.

5.     Finding Clients and Elevating the Client Experience – VIP groups, referral programs, donations. Let’s discuss options and opportunities to reach your target clientele.

6.     Hands-On Work Time – You will have time to work on your pricing structures in class where you can bounce ideas off of others, ask questions, and leave with something tangible that can be implemented immediately.

7.     Fear – Fear is a huge guiding factor in the things we tell ourselves. We’ll have an open discussion about how fear helps and inhibits our success and tools for overcoming it.
