Steve Mace -- oktoberfest event We are thinking the equivalent of 3 beers each, tasting 6 different beers. With food and speaker included, it will be $35 plus applicable tax. If that sounds OK to you, I’ll send around our event contract.
5:30 is good. We are planning for 1.5 hours of guided discussion. I will work up a contract with the beer proposals and costs as well…looking to keep it around $30 to $35 per person including food as discussed.
