DirtyFilthySexy, is a queer alternative night who's events mix together Djs, live music, themes, drag performances and anything else we can dream of. A club night where anything goes and anything could happen! DirtyFilthySexy is for members of the LGBT and alliance community, somewhere for those who want something a little different and where you can celebrate diversity beyond mainstream gay culture. DirtyFilthSexy hope to create a place where people can feel safe and express themselves however they feel. The club night has been running in one venue or another here in Nottingham for the past 7 years. The brain child of DJ Greyskull (formally DJ Heathen) of Magenta fame wanted to bring the best of LIVE music and Djing together at one club night and in 2007 DirtyFilthySexy was born! The début night coincided during Nottinghamshire Pride of that year and has grown from strength to strength. And for added fabulousness Glitterhawk, Nana and now Marilyn Sane join Dj Greyskull as part of the DirtyFilthySexy Sisterhood! DirtyFilthySexy have brought some of the best LIVE music acts and guest Djs to their club night and the Alternative Pride After Parties are something of legend! Often copied but never outdone...
