Embrace Doula’s Birthing Again, a prenatal refresher for families about to give birth to a second (or third) child help parents:

* Approach this birth as a new experience
* Refresh stages of labor, how you progress
* How to be an active part in your birth
* Examine the elements of their previous birth experience and
   discuss alternatives to help alleviate challenges this time around
* Explore ideas for sibling introductions
* Discuss age appropriate emotions for new siblings
* Gain support for your growing family

Each family is also be provided with a unique and comprehensive PDF Resource Guide to help with your journey through this birth experience AND a two hour prenatal or postpartum doula visit in your house (a $60 value).
