Embrace Doula’s Birthing Again prenatal refresher for families about to give birth to a second (or third) child help parents:
 
* Approach this birth as a new experience
* Refresh stages of labor, how you progress and what questions to ask
* Examine the elements of their previous birth experience and discuss alternatives to help  
   alleviate challenges this time around
* Explore ideas for sibling introductions
* Gain support for your growing family
 
Each family is also be provided with a unique and comprehensive PDF Resource Guide to help with your journey through this birth experience AND a two hour prenatal or postpartum doula visit in your house (a $60 value).
