Prayer and Sound - Workshop with Alia Arnesen
What does prayer mean to us? When do we pray and where are our resistances to prayer?
We will explore some central aspects of human prayer on the Sufi path; gratitude, repentance, praying for one’s needs, invocation and communion, and faith.
Alia Arsenen will share silence and teachings, some reflections, and practices. We will explore prayer through words, songs, and sounds, their vibrations and meanings, and how to pray in your own tone and rhythm.
