Poultry 101 is a 2.5 day, hands-on workshop that introduces participants to the production and processing factors that impact final product quality, safety and consistency.

Poultry 101 will be held in Fayetteville, AR at the University of Arkansas May 5-7, 2020.

Cancellation policy

Refunds in the amound of $640 (accounting for processing) will be given for cancellations prior to two weeks before the worskhop.  Participants may also choose to roll their registration over to a future workshop with no additional fees.   A credit for a future course will be given to those who would like to cancel less than two weeks prior to workshop.
