Postponed: Establish an Edible Landscape

At this hands-on class, you will learn how to properly plant fruit trees, berry bushes and pollinator plants in an urban landscape.

This inspirational landscape was designed to provide comfortable gatherings, grow an abundance of food, offer recreation for children and provide habitat for pollinators and birds.

The class includes an overview of the design so you can confidently create similar areas in your own landscape.

Open to everyone of all gardening levels.

DONATION
Free will donations at the event will be graciously accepted to help pay for the class. Pay for the value you receive and what you can afford. No one will be turned away.

FOOD, FUN AND INFORMATION
Tasty food and refreshments will be provided. Publications will be available about growing food and creating habitat for desired insects.

LOCATION
The class is held at the Cushman Residence: 295 Bradley St, Dubuque, IA.

* Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
* Gardening gloves.
* Gardening tools: Spades, steel rakes and trowels labeled with your name.
