PROGRAMME INTRO
In accordance with the Royal Aeronautical Society Heathrow Branch Rule 8.0 Article 11(d), the Branch is pleased to announce the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM): Election of Committee & Officers, Appointment of Branch President and Pub Quiz to be held on Thursday, 26th May 2022, 18:15 hours at Summerleaze, British Airways HQ Waterside, London Heathrow Airport, Harmondsworth UB7 0GA.
Following the AGM, the Branch will host a Pub Quiz on aeronautical knowledge and general affairs.
NOTE: only RAeS Members (main society members who are affiliated to the Branch) and Branch Members (i.e. in possession of a 2019/20 membership card or applied and accepted as Branch Member during the 2020-2022 seasons) may vote.

Note for Registration
Thanks for registering via our Eventzilla site.
Please select the relevant ticket option and the number of tickets you would like. The registration process will ask for both register and attendee details - even if there is only one person on the booking, you must fill in all fields.
Once successfully registered, a booking CONFIRMATION will be automatically emailed to you. A detailed JOINING INSTRUCTION along with an access link will be emailed to you closer to the event date.
Please note that we cannot accept last-minute registration. We may close the registration early if the event becomes oversubscribed. In all circumstances, we will close the registration two days prior to the event for security and/or administration purposes.
