Positive Discipline
Parents can help children learn important life skills such as listening, brainstorming, problem-solving, mutual respect, strategies for calming down/cooling off before solving a problem, concern for others, and cooperation and accountability. Participants of this mini-workshop will learn strategies to avoid power struggles while helping their children to learn self-control and self-discipline.

Cristina Varriale, M.S.Ed, CPDT is a school counselor at Seisen International School. She previously worked at Bonn International School in Germany, and is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer.
