Colorful, bold and spicy describe the Creole people of New Orleans just as much as it describes the food that dates back to the pre-1800s in the Southern United States. Louisiana Creole cuisine is a style of cooking which blends West African, French, Spanish and other influences into amazing appetizers, succulent seafood dishes, one-pot meals and decadent deserts. Charles - a former newspaper reporter in New Orleans - will serve as Chef and Sommelier to bring his take on Nouvelle Creole Seafood Gumbo, strategically paired with wine to bring out the best in each other while providing a heavy dose of southern comfort.
