About the Event

We will start at Crisp and then head off to our first sweat sesh with Portland Team Fitness on MLK. From there we will POP on over to Namaste On Williams and after that, its time to PARTY!

10:30-11:30 am

Get fueled up & fired up with

coffee, snacks and SWAGGGGG BAGS!

 

2. Portland Team Fitness

11:30 am- 12:15 pm

Get ready to sweat it out with Alayne & her crew.

 

3. Namaste On Williams

12:45-1:30 pm

Let's SLOOOOOW it down

with a little Vinyasa Flow lead by Augusta.

 

4. After Party

1:45-2:30 pm

Time To PAR-TAAAYY!

The Fit Foods will help us celebrate your hard work by

providing food. We'll wrap up with some amazing raffle prizes and GIVEAWAYS!
