You'll learn how to design a custom real estate portfolio for scalable residential investment customers with the focus being on STR’s,either as their entire portfolio, or at a minimum, supplement to their other RE investments. Together we'll analyze assets in order to advise on varying factors that affect property returns. Examples from the local market will be used to run calculations, estimates and return percentages. STR are here to stay and they are becoming more and more part of the investor’s portfolio!
