Plant Spirit Healing acknowledges that the healing properties of plants go far beyond their chemical constituents. It is the ‘Spirit’ of the Plant that does the healing of bringing us back into balance with the natural world and with our own essential self.
This one-day experiential workshop is an introduction to Plant Communication. You will have the opportunity to connect with a plant ‘ally’ in the field and through the art of journeying to meet the Spirit of the plant to receive its ‘medicine’ or gifts.
The day will include an opportunity to swim in a deep, spring fed lake, a meditative walk through a Chartres Labyrinth on a hilltop field overlooking the lake, a cleansing of your energy field with plants, and if you choose to stay a little longer, an optional Sacred Fire Ceremony at twilight.
Half way through the workshop, we will be nourished with a delicious, vegan lunch consisting of a coconut cauliflower curry with rice and a mixed green salad with a homemade garlic & balsamic dressing.

Liddy Flewwelling, B.Sc., B.Ed., N.H.C. has worked as a teacher/healer for over 30 years. She is a Natural Health Consultant and a member of the Canadian Order of Practitioners in Naturopathy.
In 2000 she completed Plant Spirit Medicine training with Eliot Cowan, and in 2012 she completed Pam Montgomery’s Plant Spirit Healing Apprenticeship. She continues her studies at ISM (Institute of Shamanic Medicine) where she recently completed the Shamanic Practitioner Program.
For the last 20 years Liddy has primarily been working with the spiritual dimension of plants, incorporating Chinese Medicine, Shamanism and Energetic Healing into her work with her clients. She has also created a deck of Plant Spirit Healing cards called ‘Messages from the Plant World’.
