Ring in the new planner year and celebrate 3 years of Arizona Planner Girls! We will be starting out the year with an interactive showing of the movie Mean Girls.
This movie is all over in planner culture, with an overall message that we should embrace what we have in common and accept each other for who we are. We will have time to watch the movie, socialize and start year off sharing a bit about what we hope to accomplish this year, and celebrate each individuals planning style that makes you uniquely you.
What will we be doing?
Movie Experience - We have booked a private screening of the movie Mean Girls. This is an interactive experience complete with props that we will be providing that correspond with the movie. The movie lasts about 1 1/2 hours and your ticket includes popcorn, a non alcoholic beverage, and other snacks.
*You will be able to order off the full menu available including having an adult beverages. There is a 20% gratuity added, and everyone's on their own to pay anything ordered outside what we've provided.
**Please be responsible should you choose an alcoholic beverage and plan ahead for a designated driver, or taxi / Uber to get home.
Costume Contest - Come dressed up as your character or coordinate with your friends a cute group costume. We will have a costume contest for best outfit!
Planner Spread - Although we know you've likely chosen your 2019 planners we will have a sampling of planners for you to flip through and check out. Since planner peace is every elusive, we figure you are already looking to mid year, or 2020.
Share Your Planner - We are DYING to hear what planner you chose, and why you chose it. We will have an opportunity after the event for you all to share why you chose the planner you did, and what you hope to accomplish this year.
SWAG - Yes, you'll be getting swag ladies! We've got a few things that will accompany you planning, and give you all the Mean Girls inspired things you'll need to last you for a year!

Optional - Fun swappable items to be traded by each other.
This is a social event and the activities we are planning we will provide materials for. This event is to visit, watch a movie, decompress after the holidays, and chat about what you hope 2019 holds.

Terms & Conditions
All Tickets Are Non Refundable and Transferable only upon written approval by event organizers.
Ticket holders must be 18 years of age at the time of the event or older.
Tickets are $75 + $5.58 for ticketing fees ticket total being $80.58. This cost covers the movie licensing, private theatre rental, props, paid swag items provided to attendees.
Swag is gifted to attendee’s of the conference only. Should you not be able to attend, the donated swag is forfeited, paid swag can be shipped to you at a cost of $16 shipping and handling. Items may not be picked up by other attendees.
By purchasing a ticket you grant permission to Arizona Planner Girls as well as its sponsors, venue and event partners, to use photos or video of you without further authorization or compensation to you or anyone acting on your behalf.
By purchasing a ticket you agree Arizona Planner Girls may email you additional information on this event, and share future events with you. You agree that should you choose not to receive emails you will reply STOP to the person sending, and they will comply.
