2nd Annual Plancation 2017

Plancation is the Arizona Planner Girls 2nd Annual summer social event. We get togehter to talk all things planner, and maybe get some planning done! It's a great opportunity for you to take a break for a girls only weekend! Check out last years event here. 

What happens at Plancation? Great question! We have secured several speakers, and are in the process of firming up our full agenda with our speakers and workshop teachers. Here is a loose agenda so you can get an idea of what to expect at Plancation 2017.

**Note** The Plancation Planning Committee will provide a firm schedule and firm agenda prior to the event. You will have an opportunity to register for workshops of your choice as well. This scheule is subject to change. 

Frequently asked Planner Girl Questions 

Q: Will There Be A Block Of Rooms?

A: The cost of our rooms be $89+ tax per night. Staying at the hotel is optional and is not included in your ticket price. Each attendee is responsible for their own travel, and hotel arrangements. We will have a roommate link up option in the private FB group for you to find a roommate. 

Q: Will There Be Goody Bags?!?

A: Well of course! Yes, you will receive a goody bag upon check in. If you can't make it Friday you will receive at check in on Saturday. 

Q: Will Food Be Served?

A: Friday we will have light appetizers at the Welcome Reception. Saturday a light breakfast, and afternoon snacks will be served.

Q: We have left enough time for lunch and dinner?

A: This location is close to lots of resturants of varying price ranges and options with in walking or driving distance. Although we are close to ASU this event is on the weekend and during the off season we are not anticipating wait times. We will coordinate a place for dinner for the group for those who'd like to eat together.
