The session will cover many areas of gambling/problem gambling, including; an overview of gambling, the connection between gambling and substance use.   

Objectives

As a result of the presentation, participants will:

  1. Have a better understanding of the difference between gambling and problem gambling
  2. Understand the connection between gambling disorder and substance use disorder
  3. Know who to contact for support, should they come in contact with someone who has indicated a gambling problem.
