Growing food for 50 restaurants, stores, and hotels, Atitlan Organics is productive landscape that lends itself beautifully as a rich learning environment. The nearby Bambu Guest House is a natural building made of all bambu, stone, wood, and lime plasters. The farm to table restaurant is integral to the whole experience, as the food we are growing and harvesting is also nourishing us as we learn about new alternative options for living and culture.
